📌 General/Misc
AJATT | All Japanese All The Time - A website dedicated to learning Japanese, but contains a LOT of valuable methodology on learning in general and reframing your mindset. The advice on here is useful for almost any aspect of life you wanna improve at, in my VERY biased opinion. I've used the AJATT method literally every day of my life for over 15 years. (It has some occasional late 2000s shock value humor in it, but it's worth wading through, promise.) Highly recommend any article in the "mental tool" section, a few of my favorites are Aim to Fail, Comfort Zone, Growth Zone, Panic Zone, and Showing Up.
NANACA†CRASH!! - A flash game from 2005 lovingly presevered and playable even now. Hit a pervert with your bike and see how long you can keep him airborne. My personal record is somewhere in the 38k range. Can You Defeat Me?
🎵 Cello
A Cello Rondo (Youtube) / Original Website
AdultCello (Youtube Channel) - Guy who really helped make it feel like learning cello as an adult was Possible. I especially like his video on vibrato.
Janos Starker and his organised method of string playing (Youtube) - Informative pedagogy vid from the 70s that got uploaded on youtube. Isn't the internet wonderful!!
Rushad Eggleston's informal History of the Chop (Youtube)
Any undescribed link above is 'cuz I didn't want to spoil for you how wonderful they are.
🌱 Plants
The Exotic Rainforest - A private botanical garden's website, but has a LOT of anecdotal information on plants. It was made in the 2000s and is also an interesting snapshot into what "the plant hobby" looked like, pre-COVID boom.
National Gardening Association - Contains a plant database and (active) forums, very late 2000s flavored. Unfortunately seems to have become a bit of a walled-garden recently, but accounts are free and it has a lot of valuable information on it!
Orchid board - 20-year-old forum dedicated to Orchids, still pretty active even now?!
Plants in Focus: Corybas (Youtube) - A horticulturalist passionately spreading care info about his favorite uncommon plant.
ULTIMATE MOSS POLE GUIDE (Youtube) - A comprehensive guide to moss poles.
🌙 Sailor Moon
Lilly's Midi Archive - This is a site dedicated to the preservation of midi music, but it has a HUGE collection of Sailor Moon music, so I'm sticking it here specifically!
Manga Style - A gallery dedicated to high quality full color scans from Sailor Moon's artbooks.
Miss Dream - Scanlations of the manga, as well doujinshi.
Sailor Soapbox - High res screenshots from the original 90s anime, scans, and more good stuff!
