I enjoy recording how my plants grow. I used to do this on cohost, before it shut down.

Beginnings...

I got into houseplants towards the tailend of 2022. My sister gave me a cutting of a monstera. I was instantly enamored.

My grandma gave me an orchid shortly after, and after about half a year of keeping both of those alive, I started getting braver and actively buying plants myself. I have over 50 plants in my collection right now. Some were free cuttings I received from family or plant swaps; some were birthday/christmas presents/etc.

I mostly like to buy teeny tiny plants. I find it really satisfying watching them grow!

"What's with the little guy in all your plant photos"

This is my character, Aster. I had him made into a (nonmarketable) plushie. I initially used him as a size reference as a joke, but the idea of not including him in photos just feels a bit wrong now.

The plushie itself was made by remy!! Highly recommended if you're looking for someone to commission a plushie.
